I can't sign in — what do I do?
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account and we'll help you regain access.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at [email protected] and we'll cancel it immediately. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We'll delete your data within 30 days.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your chat messages and files are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Lauki Sense isn't transcribing — what do I do?
Make sure you've granted Microphone and Accessibility permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Restart the app after granting permissions.
Which platforms are supported?
lauki.chat: Web (any browser). Lauki Sense: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
